Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We have a seven-day return and refund policy. We can not offer you a full refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by since your purchase.

Your item must be new and unopened, and it must also be in the same condition that you received it. Moreover, it needs to be in its original packing.

Many products are excluded from being returned. Newspaper Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are all non-returnable. Intimate or hygienic goods, dangerous substances, or flammable liquids or gases are also not acceptable products.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  •  Downloadable software products
  •  Some health and personal care items

We need receipt and other evidence of your purchases in order to process your return.

Please don’t send your purchase to the merchant.

There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed:

  • Software, video game, and downdlable items that has been opened.
  •  Any object that is broken, missing pieces, or not in its original state for reasons other than our error.
  • Returning any item more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

We will an email you to let you know that we have received your returned items after confirmation that your product has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment a predefined number of days after we receive your approval.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account again if you have not recived you refund.

Then contact with your credit card provider because some time it can take some time for the refund to updated on your account.

Only items with standard prices may be reimbursed. Sales items cannot be returned.

Shipping returns

You should mail your merchandise to the Iqoll.com warehouse if you want to return it.

The expense of your shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping charges is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from it..

The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more pricey things. Our promise that we’ll get your returned item is not a promise.
